Secondary Principal

Rehoboth Christian College, Western Australia’s first Christian parent-governed school, seeks to appoint a purposeful and dynamic Secondary Principal to join the team at our Kenwick Campus.  The suitable applicant will be responsible for the leadership and management of day-to-day activities of the Campus and stewardship of its Christian values and ethos.  It presents a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced educational leader to work within a Leadership Team that embraces a strategic approach to distinctly Christian schooling [Christ-centred education].

To be successful in this role you must be reliable, respectful, an exceptional communicator and an innovative and critical thinker, able to transform creative, original ideas into reality.  Previous experience as a Christian educator will be favourably considered.

It is essential that the person and office of the Principal be committed to providing Biblically based leadership and management at the College in a manner consistent with the College’s Christian values and ethos.

• Applicants must be actively involved in a Protestant Christian Church and be able to demonstrate an exemplary Christian lifestyle;
• must hold a Working with Children Check and TRBWA registration;
• must be able to obtain a valid Department of Education Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check; and
• refer to the position description for all the role specific essential criteria.
