The Position:
We have an opportunity for a Kindergarten Coordinator & Educational Leader to join our team. We are seeking to employ a Permanent Full Time Kindergarten Coordinator & Educational Leader who will work across both our 3 year old and 4 year old Kindergarten groups at our Werribee Campus.
This position will coordinate the Kindergarten services for 3 to 4 year old kinder ensuring that all staff are teaching from a biblical worldview. That the legal requirements and policies are regularly updated and reflected in our practices, ensuring best practice in our Kindergarten.
The Person:
The Kindergarten Coordinator & Educational Leader will organise and manage the Kindergarten services, ensuring that families and students who are first introduced to the College via the Kindergarten will continue with us for many years.
Our Christ-centred education is paramount to growing our vision of the College, as is our desire to provide a deep and rich learning experience for our students.
Education and Experience:
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate or have:
- Degree of Teaching (Early Childhood)
- Leadership Experience in an early childhood setting
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role
- Experience in policy writing and documentation
- Knowledge and experience in the implementation of Early Years National Quality Frameworks
