Risk & Compliance Manager
Full-Time | Permanent | Immediate start
Annandale Christian College (ACC) is seeking a highly capable and experienced Risk & Compliance Manager to oversee and manage key business activities, including risk management, internal auditing, and workplace health and safety. This pivotal role provides strategic advice to ensure ACC meets its legislative and regulatory requirements; and plays a foundational role in integrating the principles of good governance into the daily operational practices of the College, supporting the ongoing wellbeing of the College community.
About You:
The successful candidate will have a passion for maintaining a safe and compliant educational environment with a good understanding of risk and compliance principles, workplace health and safety legislation, and risk management frameworks. They will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of offering expert guidance to staff.
Additional Requirements:
The successful candidate must be a committed Christian, with a lifestyle consistent with biblical principles and who aligns with ACC’s Statement of Christian Beliefs. A pastoral reference must be provided as part of the application process.
