As always, this meeting will be a great time to connect in fellowship and collegial discussion. Our focus for this term will be on the value and power of mentoring and coaching in developing and growing yourself and your team, and for managing change and complexity in your leadership role. Our guest speakers and facilitators are Steve Goudswaard and Narelle Sketcher.
Steve is an executive leader and coach who partners with leaders through disruption, transition and change. He supports leaders to navigate uncertainty and complexity with purpose. Steve builds corporate leadership capability and Emergency Management Systems that enable organisations to anticipate and address disruptive events. Steve has worked in leadership and change roles for over 30 years, in more than 40 countries, managing large-scale programs in complex contexts.
Narelle is currently serving as a consultant and leadership mentor for CEN, working alongside several new Principals and Executive leaders in schools to support their growth and development. She will share some of her insights regarding the growing need for school leaders to work with mentors to support their growth and sustainability in their increasingly complex roles. Narelle can also share a little of her own experience of Executive coaching with Steve over the last few years.
