The focus for this webinar will be: “What’s our Purpose? – Taking a closer look at the importance of your Constitution”
Speakers: Our guest speaker is Anne Robinson OAM – the founder of Prolegis lawyers and previous Chair of The National Bible Society.
Anne is well known to the CEN community, having been a keynote speaker at a number of our Governance Conferences. She will be helping us to take a closer look at our Constitutions – what they are, what they do and don’t do, how boards and school leaders relate with the constitution, why it matters to have a regular Constitution review/ “health check” etc. She will be taking us through this and will be using some case studies to help us understand the nuances of it.
This will be followed by an update from the CEN National Board about its own Constitution review process.
Cost: Webinars are free for CEN boards and staff. Registrations are essential.
