Learning Enrichment Teacher (Seondary)

We are seeking a passionate and committed Learning Enrichment Teacher (Secondary) to join our team in a full-time, permanent role from Term 4, 2025.

About the Role

• Collaborate with teachers to plan, deliver, and review inclusive, differentiated programs.
• Guide and mentor staff in curriculum adjustments, inclusive practice, and the use of learning technologies.
• Coordinate Student Support Plans, personalised adjustments, and compliance processes (NCCD, AARA, QCIA).
• Partner with families, allied health professionals, and support staff to nurture student wellbeing and academic success.
• Contribute to the leadership of inclusive practice across the Secondary School, ensuring that every student can thrive academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.

About You

• Be a committed Christian, actively involved in a local church, and affirm the College’s Statement of Christian Beliefs.
• Hold registration (or eligibility) with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT).
• Bring experience and knowledge in inclusive education, neurodiversity, differentiation, and disability standards.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, organisational, and collaborative skills.
• Be passionate about helping students reach their God-given potential in a supportive, Christ-centred environment.
