Will introduce and explain key financial indicators of a financially sustainable school including how to read financial statements.

An introduction to risk and compliance for school leaders.

Time: 1pm – 4pm

Presented by Christopher Lewis

Christopher has worked extensively in recent years with CEN schools, focusing on governance practices, board reporting, financial viability, back-office operations and recruiting. Prior to this work he also spent many years domestically and overseas focusing on risk management, governance, assurance and operations. At the same time, he has served on school boards and boards in the not-for profit sector in Australia and overseas. Christopher has a passion for engaging with people to improve their organisations through a focus on governance, process and controls, finance and risk management.
