Remain, Rest, Respond. The three Rs of Christian Education

The Tasmania State Conference will be held at Launceston Christian School on Monday 27 – Tuesday 28 July.

What does it mean to serve in a Christian school from a place of deep, abiding strength? In John 15, Jesus offers a profound picture of fruitful life — not driven by striving, but flowing from abiding in Him, the true vine.

This conference invites everyone who serves in a Christian school community to return to that foundational image. To Remain — anchored in Christ as the source of all wisdom and purpose in our calling, whatever our role. To Rest — releasing the pressure of performance and rediscovering the freedom of a life of service sustained by grace. And to Respond — bearing fruit in our daily work, our relationships, and our communities as a natural overflow of that abiding relationship.

Every role in a Christian school matters. Whether you teach in a classroom, welcome families at the front desk, care for the grounds, or keep the building running — you are part of something far greater than a job description. You are part of a community called to reflect Christ in all things.

Whether you are new to Christian schooling or have served faithfully for decades, this conference is an invitation to slow down, go deeper, and be renewed in the conviction that apart from Him, we can do nothing — and with Him, we can bear fruit that will last.

Cost: $130 – whole conference $95 – Tuesday only (prices do not include GST)
