Shaped for Leadership is designed for educators and school leaders who are carrying ongoing leadership responsibility and are being formed through the realities of practice. At this stage, leadership is no longer theoretical; it is exercised in complex contexts that require judgement, resilience, and relational wisdom. This course supports leaders as they integrate operational competence with character, discernment, and a deeply Christian understanding of authority. Through guided learning, mentoring, and reflective practice, participants are shaped to lead faithfully, sustainably, and coherently.
The ‘Shaped to Lead’ program is composed of the following components:
- Leadership Summit (with international speaker)
- Field Trip
- On-line group mentoring
- Professional reading
- Ongoing Home School Support
