Moree Christian School was opened in 1984 and has been faithfully serving the rural community of Moree ever since.  Our school has a wonderful family feel to it with 110 students from Kindergarten through to Year 10.

Key Criteria:

• The knowledge and ability (or preparedness to learn) to teach in both content and pedagogy from a biblical Christian perspective and worldview.
• Be an active member of a church and have a Christian faith which will enable you to actively support the MCS Mission and Statement of Faith.
• Be an energetic, highly motivated teacher, willing and able to take initiative and accept responsibility.
• Be an excellent classroom practitioner, who is passionate about their subject/s and able to build a culture of success and enjoyment in their subject/s as well as a love of learning.
• Maintain pastoral oversight of the students in MCS.
• Be able and willing to work as a member of a team and accept direction.
• Have appropriate teaching qualifications/NESA Registration/WWCC/relevant teaching experience and current First Aid.
• Be willing to participate in extra curricula activities/camps/excursions which may involve after school, or weekend commitments.
