Technology Teacher (7-12)

Seeking applications from a suitably qualified Secondary Technology teacher who can provide high-quality teaching for Years 7-12 that puts Jesus in His rightful place at the centre of education……

The successful applicant will be a committed Christian of reformed persuasion, able to fully support the School ethos and possessing a passion for Christian Education.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Committed Christian of reformed evangelical persuasion, striving to live a life in accordance with God’s Word, the Bible.
• A firm personal belief consistent with the school’s Statement of Faith.
• Active commitment to and involvement with a Christian church holding a doctrinal position consistent with the Statement of Faith.
• Genuine passion for, and capabilities in, Christian education.  NESA accredited to teach in NSW and suitably qualified as a Technology Teacher (7-12).  Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Ability to foster a culture of learning.
• Competency in the use of technology as it relates to educational programs.  Working knowledge of Google Education Suite & Edumate is desirable.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• An appreciation for the significance of spiritual, social and emotional learning to student growth, wellbeing and academic engagement.
• Strong commitment to excellence in education.
• Capacity for innovative, flexible, and reflective teaching practices.
