TAS Teacher ICT and/or Design

Innovative and energetic Christian educators are invited to apply for the position of TAS Teacher ICT and/or Design. This is a full-time position commencing at the beginning of Term 1 2024.
The TAS faculty at Shire Christian School is a talented and flexible team, and thus we are looking for a teacher who has a passion for ICT and/or Design to join us in 2024.

The following experience and skills will be an advantage:

• Qualified to teach, or a willingness to teach, some of the following subjects:
  • Stage 4 Digital Technologies.
  • Stage 5/6 Industrial Technology, with a speciality in Multimedia.
  • Stage 5/6 Design and Technology.

• Interest in video editing, Web Design, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and XD.

Due to the flexible nature of our team, we are also open to applications from TAS teachers with other areas of specialty. The school is committed to supporting the successful applicant to develop the relevant skills needed so that these subjects continue to be a vibrant part of the curriculum at Shire Christian School. It may also be possible for the school to support a person with a degree in IT to complete a Masters of Teaching.
