Condell Park Christian School (CPCS) is an independent, co-educational Christian school offering education from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 10, currently serving 91 students.  The School has a well-established reputation for equipping students for life across academic, musical, Christ centred learning, supported by a strong and vibrant Christian community.

With a strong commitment to Christ-centred education, the Condell Park Christian School Board seeks to appoint a new Principal who will lead the School confidently into its next chapter, building upon a foundation of dedicated staff, a supportive parent community, and stable governance.

The Condell Park Christian School Principal will:

• Lead the School in achieving its purpose and strategic direction
• Work with the Board as partners in fiduciary, strategic and generative governance
• Ensure the School is a Christ-centred learning community, which is God fearing, led by the Holy Spirit and shaped by Biblical truth
• Lead the staff in generating, managing and implementing educational programs
• Oversee effective fiscal management and responsible stewardship of income
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the school
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
