PRINCIPAL

South Coast Baptist College is a thriving co-educational Christian community within a College. Employing over 200 staff, South Coast Baptist College caters Childcare to year 12. Enrolments planned for 2023 are 150 children for the Childcare Centre, and 1,300 students for the College.

Situated on expansive grounds next to the picturesque southern coastline south of Perth, our vibrant school community strives for normalising excellence in life in a healthy, thriving, co-educational Christian community.

The Principal is responsible for the operational objectives of the College as well as ensuring its long-term development and growth, and that students experience educational outcomes of the highest quality.

Reporting to the College Board and working with a dedicated leadership team, the successful candidate will have:

  • an attitude of a servant leader with a genuine, mature Christian faith
  • extensive experience in educational leadership
  • proven record of College development / improvement
  • commitment to academic excellence
  • commitment to personal growth and accountability
  • relevant post-graduate qualifications
