Palmerston Christian College is seeking a capable and agile educational leader with a passion for Christian Education.

The successful applicant will require:

• Commitment to NT Christian Schools Statement of Faith;
• Clear capacity to work as part of a broader Senior Leadership team across NTChristian Schools, and a commitment to collaborative leadership development;
• Strong Educational Leadership skills;
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships between parents and staff;
• High levels of staff development skills and the ability to work in, lead and care for acommitted group of staff;
• Represent and promote the school in the local community, strengthening connectionacross the community.
