Mount Evelyn Christian School is seeking a passionate Kindergarten Co-educator.  This is an ongoing position (approx. 2 days per week – Tuesdays and Thursdays), commencing 22 January 2025.

Mount Evelyn Christian School provides Christ-centered schooling with learning experiences that challenge each student to actively live for God in His world, while partnering with Christian parents in the nurture of their children.  We would like the successful applicant to wholeheartedly join a team implementing a distinctively biblical approach to education.

Key selection criteria

• Dedicated and proficient early childhood co-educator seeking to support the delivery of rich learning experiences
• Proven capacity to build strong relationships with children, colleagues and families
• Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services
• Current Working With Children Check

The successful applicant will need to:

• Be in agreement with, and actively commit to, the Christian ethos and Core Values as expressed in the MECS ‘Focus on Identity’
• Be able to prioritise, problem solve, demonstrate initiative and utilise common sense.
