THE ROLE
The role of the Support Staff – Tech Hub Support Officer is to provide technical support to staff and students for all networks & systems and other related matters as required within the allotted timeline boundaries. The role is a graduate / emerging role which may continue to develop as skills and qualifications improve. Work under the SAGE-AU Code of Ethics whilst adhering to the vision of the Wagga Wagga Christian College.
Other duties as requested by the IT Service Delivery Manager/ School Executive Staff.
