Belmont Christian College is a dynamic and productive learning community built on strong academic and Biblical foundations.  Situated in a beautifully restored heritage listed property and nestled on the scenic isthmus that lies between Lake Macquarie and the Pacific Ocean, Belmont Christian College (BCC) was prayerfully conceived by members of the Belmont Baptist Church.  What started as a humble college with 12 students in 1982 has grown into a Pre-Kindy to Year 12 College with over 850 students that provides quality education that is Bible based and Christ-centred.

This position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, innovative Christian educator to play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of young learners, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that empowers students to achieve their God given potential.  The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of students and contribute to the growth and success of the entire College community.

Working with a team of passionate Kingdom educators, the Head of Primary will be a member of the Academic Leadership Team.  Supporting the Deputy Principal in the academic leadership of the college, the Head of Primary will provide oversight and day to day leadership of the Primary School.  With an increasing focus on academic excellence, the Head of Primary will be instrumental in communicating, guiding, and equipping staff towards BCC’s strategic goals over the next 3-5 years.
