Description: Foundation Christian College is a K to Year 12 school of over 700 students located in Mandurah, in the Peel region, 45 minutes south of Perth. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our vibrant and well-resourced Primary School (K–Year 6) within a Christ-centred learning community. The Head of Primary will work as a key member of the College Leadership Team to shape and support the ongoing development of the Primary School, while building a culture of excellence in Christian education.

Commencement:

SELECTION CRITERIA
Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications as a Primary Teacher including experience with the WA & Australian Curriculum or a similar Primary School Curriculum.
- All applicants must be registered to teach in Western Australia with the TRBWA (Teacher Registration Board), have a current Federal Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
- Experience in Primary Leadership or equivalent is preferred.

- A culture builder who fosters strong connections with students, staff, and the wider community.
- A competent and organised professional, able to manage curriculum, staffing, planning and operational processes within the Primary School.
