Plenty Valley Christian College is entering an exciting new season of growth and renewal.  With the appointment of a new Executive Principal, the College is embarking on a purposeful transformation journey, strengthening culture, building leadership capability and shaping a future-focused Christian learning community.

We are seeking an exceptional Director of People & Culture to join our Executive Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the culture, capability and wellbeing of our staff as the College continues to grow and evolve.

About the College

Plenty Valley Christian College is a Kindergarten to Year 12, co-educational Christian school of more than 1,000 students, set in beautiful Doreen in Melbourne’s north east.  As one College with multiple sub-schools, PVCC is committed to providing high-quality Christian education with a fully integrated Christian worldview, strong community partnerships and a deep commitment to pastoral care.

The Opportunity

This is a strategic, Executive-level role, reporting directly to the Executive Principal and contributing to whole-school leadership, governance and long-term planning.  The Director of People & Culture will be a key partner in leading organisational change, strengthening staff culture and embedding systems and practices that support excellence, wellbeing and sustainable growth.
