Based in beautiful Port Macquarie on the Mid-North Coast, we are currently seeking applications from suitably experienced Christian candidates for a Secondary Design & Technology Teacher.

About the role: 

Requirements:

The successful applicant will have:

• Relevant tertiary-level qualifications in the areas of Design & Technology.
• Experience teaching across all Secondary Learning Stages 4, 5, and 6.
• Experience teaching across other KLAs areas is preferable.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a professional staff team.
• A current WWCC.

General responsibilities will include:

• Implementing the pedagogies of ‘Designing for Deep Learning’ and ‘Transformation by Design’ in their programming, resourcing, delivery, and assessment of course content.
• Pastoral tasks in caring for and supporting the wellbeing of students.
• Interacting professionally with our school’s community in academic reporting and staffed events.
