Since 1977, NT Christian Schools has been delivering high-quality, Christ-centred Christian education in a wide variety of contexts across the Northern Territory.  As a distinctive organisation, we seek to serve God through contextualised education, training and care from a Biblical perspective for all students, including those who are not served well by the traditional education system.

We are now inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the position of CEO of NT Christian Schools.  The CEO is responsible for pursuing the vision and mission of NT Christian Schools, and in so doing, managing all employees, activity, property and funds of the organisation.

The successful applicant will be a collaborative team player with high levels of organisational and staff leadership skills.  They will report to the Board and will have:

• Suitable qualifications;
• Strong educational leadership skills;
• Strategic thinking;
• Commitment to Christian Education; and
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
