Due to the continued growth of the College, we are seeking a suitably qualified Accounts Receivable Officer.  This position supports the College by working collaboratively with parents to meet their financial commitments with the College.  Responsibilities also span to other operational financial matters of the college, including financial reporting, payroll and payment of invoices.

The position will be Part Time for a fixed 12-month period.  This appointment commences early 2025.

The Position:

We are seeking a Temporary Part Time Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Christ-centred teaching community.  The position is due to commence in January 2025.

The position is located at our Werribee campus.

The Person:

Education and Experience:

  • Previous Accounts Receivable experience is required
  • Strong computer skills to operate multiple systems, including not limited to Microsoft skills
  • Previous experience in Accounts receivable systems
  • Previous experience in Debt collection preferred
  • Previous experience providing debtor reporting to management is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillset
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Valid WWCC ‘E’& Police Check
