The Leaders Stay at the Table conference is designed for principals and executive leaders in Christian education, providing a space to engage deeply with the call to remain present, resilient, and impactful within challenging and ever-evolving environments. This gathering is rooted in the understanding that Christian leadership requires a unique commitment to faithfulness, steadfastness, a willingness to lean into difficult conversations, and an unwavering dedication to serving communities with humility and grace. 

Leaders Stay at the Table invites participants to renew their sense of purpose and to equip themselves to face both the practical and spiritual challenges of Christian leadership.
