With the growth and expansion of the schools and services administered by St Philip’s Christian Education Foundation Ltd, we are creating a new role in the Foundation Office to assist the Senior Payroll Officer in managing, processing and maintaining payroll activities of both the Foundation Office and group member schools.

This position provides for someone to assist the Foundation Team Payroll staff with payroll administrative support in order to facilitate the effective and efficient discharge of responsibilities in regard to payroll for all campuses, centrally. The successful applicant will be committed to the Christian ethos of the organisation as described in our Mission, Vision and Core Values statements.



We are seeking a committed Christian with high calibre payroll skills. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Foundation Team, who is passionate about Christian education. The Payroll Officer for the Foundation Office (FO) is a member of the FO Financial team and is responsible to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or Assistant Chief Financial Officer (ACFO) and Senior Payroll Officer for day-to-day Foundation Office payroll matters.
