Applications are invited from suitably qualified and committed teachers to fulfill a full-time position of HSIE Teacher. The Applicant needs to be an Evangelical/Protestant Christian, who is active in their own church and wholeheartedly subscribes to the School’s Educational Creed as found on our website www.tyndale.edu.au under Our School, Educational Creed.

 

Requirements:

This role will suit an experienced HSIE teacher who is keen to work as part of an innovative, collaborative faculty. Enthusiasm for engaging students in meaningful learning experiences, confident use of technology in the classroom, and experience in teaching Geography will be important teacher attributes.

Tyndale Christian School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the safety, welfare and wellbeing of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Applicants will need to provide the new NSW Working with Children Check, and sign a Statutory Declaration under the Oaths Act 1990 (NSW) under section 40A of the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012. Applicants will also need to provide their NESA Number.

Commencement date is Term 1, 2019.
