Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced people to fulfil the permanent full-time position of Principal’s PA within our School. This position is part of the Administration Staff, but reports directly to the Principal. Applicants need to be Christians of Reformed persuasion, who are active in their own churches and whole heartedly subscribe to the School’s Educational Creed as found on our website www.tyndale.edu.auunder Our School, Educational Creed.
This is a School Administration Services Grade 4 position under the NSW Christian Schools General Staff Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2017-2019.
The position provides administration and personal support to the School Principal. The person required will need to possess outstanding presentation and communication skills, strong organisational and interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task, be team-orientated and be capable of projecting a positive image of the School within the community. This role would suit a person with extensive experience in office administration and a desire to lead others in developing quality, Christ-centred education with a warm and engaging personality and a ‘can do’ attitude.

Ideally you will have experience in:
- Diary and schedule management
- Minute taking
- Correspondence/document writing and collation and formatting of key reports
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised
- Event coordination
- Facilitation of some HR processes, such as advertising and processing employment applications and arranging job interviews
Estimated commencement date – 15 January 2018
